How QUANT LEVELS collects, uses, and protects your information.
When you sign up, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, and (optionally) your address. When you connect a broker account for copy-trading, we collect and store the credentials needed to operate that account on your behalf - your broker client ID, login PIN/password, TOTP secret, and API key/secret, as applicable to that broker. We also store the trading data generated through use of the platform - positions, orders, and trade logs for the accounts you connect.
Your broker credentials are used solely to authenticate with your broker's official API and to place, monitor, and manage orders on your behalf as part of the copy-trading service you've configured. Your contact details are used to manage your account, communicate service updates, verify payments, and respond to support requests. Trading data is used to display your positions/orders/margins on your dashboard and to calculate account status and subscription expiry.
We do not sell your personal information or trading data to third parties. Your broker credentials are transmitted only to the broker's own official servers to place/manage orders - never to any other third party. Payment details (UTR reference numbers) you submit are used only to verify and credit your wallet.
Your data is stored on secured, access-controlled database infrastructure. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your credentials and personal data from unauthorized access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your QUANT LEVELS account password confidential and for immediately notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access.
We retain your account and trading data for as long as your account remains active, and as needed to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see Contact Us) - broker credentials for deactivated accounts are removed from active use.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You may also disconnect any broker account from the platform at any time, which stops QUANT LEVELS from placing further orders on that account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
