Please read these terms carefully before using QUANT LEVELS.
QUANT LEVELS is a technology platform that helps users manage and replicate orders across their own connected broker accounts. By creating an account and using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Risk Disclosure Statement, and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use QUANT LEVELS. You must hold valid, active trading accounts with a supported broker in your own name - QUANT LEVELS does not open, hold, or operate broker accounts on your behalf.
QUANT LEVELS provides trade-replication and multi-account order-management software. It does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, research reports, or any guarantee of profit. QUANT LEVELS is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, and nothing on the platform should be interpreted as investment advice. All trading decisions - including which account to designate as master, and which orders to place - remain your own.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during signup and for keeping your QUANT LEVELS login, broker credentials, API keys, and TOTP secrets confidential. You must not share your account with anyone else. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
Access to connect and use a broker account on the platform is billed per account, on the pricing shown on the Pricing section, for a recurring 30-day period. Subscription fees are for access to the QUANT LEVELS technology platform only and are separate from, and unrelated to, any trading profit or loss on your broker accounts. New users may be eligible for a free trial period on a limited number of accounts, as displayed at signup. See our Refund/Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to circumvent, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform; use the platform to violate your broker's terms of service or applicable exchange/SEBI regulations; or misrepresent your identity or the broker accounts you connect. QUANT LEVELS may suspend or terminate access for any account found to be in violation of these terms.
Order replication depends on network connectivity, broker API availability, and third-party infrastructure outside QUANT LEVELS' control, and may be affected by delays, partial fills, missed orders, or slippage. See the full Risk Disclosure Statement for details. By using the platform you accept these risks as inherent to any automated order-placement system.
QUANT LEVELS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of uptime, execution speed, or accuracy of replication. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUANT LEVELS is not liable for trading losses, broker-side rejections, margin shortfalls, missed or duplicate orders, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
You may stop using the platform and disconnect your broker accounts at any time. QUANT LEVELS may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, suspected misuse, or violation of these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
